When Mike Twyman graduated college, all he wanted was a decent job. Now, he is vice president of Integrated Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence Systems at Northrop Grumman Corp., manages 1,500 employees and handles revenues of about $700 million.

Looks like he got his wish.

Twyman said he owes his astronomical career climb to good leadership, a diehard work ethic and an ever-present eye for the next challenge.
