SAN DIEGO (Oct. 12, 2012) Capt. John Steinberger, right,former commander of Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) One, and Capt. Michael L. Elliot, the unit's new commander, cut a cake following their change of command ceremony at Naval Base San Diego.
