Notice is hereby given that on January 21, at 10 a.m. or thereafter within the time allowed by law, VIDA F. NEGRETE, PhD, RN, as Temporary Conservator of the estate and person of ETHEL I. NOLAN aka ETHEL HOLAN, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder, on the terms and conditions hereafter mentioned, all right, title and interest that the estate has acquired in real property located in San Diego County, California, commonly known as 2147 Fort Stockton Drive, San Diego and legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 6 of Mission Hills, in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereto No. 1115, filed in office of the County recorder of said County, January 29, 1908, APN 443-251-0800.
This sale is subject to current taxes, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights-of-way, assessments and easements of record.
