NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Historic Site Board of the County of San Diego will conduct a public hearing.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) 30110
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

The County of San Diego is issuing a request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to all architectural firms interested in Architectural Conceptual Design services for a new student housing project at the San Pasqual Academy.
The selection will be carried out and in accordance with Board of Supervisor?s Policy F-40 (Procurement of Architecture-Engineering and Related Professional Services). All contact regarding this request should be through the County?s Program Manager, Enrique Cesena, R.A. either by e-mail (enrique.cesena@sdcounty.ca.gov) or by fax (858.694.3151).
The complete SOQ package is available on the County "Buynet" website within the Department of Purchasing and Contracting: www.co.san-diego.ca.us. All responses to this request shall be submitted to the Program Manager as identified in the SOQ package.
Your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) should be received no later than 2:00 p.m., January 15, 2003. Any SOQ?s received after the indicated deadline will be considered late and, therefore, not responsive to this solicitation. Faxed or incomplete proposals will not be considered.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Public Works of the County of San Diego will conduct a public hearing on a request for Map Modification of Parcel Map 8882 (TPM 15270), as follows:
HEARING INFORMATION:
Date: January 29, 2003
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: County Operations
Center Annex,
5201 Ruffin Road, Suite D,
in the Department of Public
Works Conference Room.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION: The proposed modification is located in the Bonsall area of the County of San Diego, at the northeast corner of Mountain View Road and Rock Pile Road. The proposed change is to reduce the width of required private road improvements, and to change the road improvement and maintenance responsibilites, between the various parcels created by the map. These are the only changes requested under this map modification.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
This public hearing is accessible to individuals with disabilities. If interpreter services for the hearing impaired are needed, please call the hearing secretary at (858) 495-5282, or California Relay Service, if notifying by TDD, no later than seven days prior to the date of the hearing.

Rules of the Hearing Body may limit or impose requirements upon the submittal of such written correspondence.
