NOTICE OF CENTRE CITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS PUBLIC HEARING

As a property owner, tenant, or interested individual, you should know that a public hearing will be held by the Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC) Board of Directors to consider an appeal of the CCDC staff decision to approve with conditions Neighborhood Use Permit (NUP) No. 2011-47 to allow a 675 square-foot outdoor deck for Queenstown Public House, a new restaurant proposed at 1557 Columbia Street in the Little Italy Redevelopment District of the Downtown Community Plan Area.

If you wish to challenge CCDC's action on the above proceedings in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues you or someone else have raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence to CCDC at or before the public hearing.
The project listed above is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 (entitled “New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures”). The Class 3 Exemption applies to the conversion of existing structures to a store, motel, office or restaurant including up to four such structures up to a maximum of 10,000 square feet in urbanized areas. The project consists of the addition of an outdoor deck for a new restaurant at an existing building. Therefore, the Class 3 Exemption is applicable.
