NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Health & Safety Code Sections 33418(c)(1)- (3), the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego has established and is making available to the public on the internet a database listing of the newly constructed or substantially rehabilitated affordable housing units developed or otherwise assisted by the Agency's Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds [the “DATABASE LISTING”].
The DATABASE LISTING provides the following information for each restricted property:
€ The address and parcel number of the property.
€ The number of units broken out by the number of bedrooms.
€ The year of construction.
€ The date when the affordability covenant or restriction was recorded.
€ The document number of the recording.
€ The expiration date of the covenant or restriction.
€ The date and document number of any covenants or notices that may be recorded when an ownership unit is resold. [Health & Safety Code Section 33418(c)(1)(A)-(F).]
