NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION FOR ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE SPHERE OF INFLUENCE FOR THE SPRING VALLEY SANITATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on February 3, 2003, in Rooms 302-303, County Administration Center, 1600 Pacific Highway, San Diego, to consider the above referenced proposal.
The sphere amendment territory includes .90 acre located north of Grandview Drive, south of Lemon Avenue, east of Bancroft Drive, and west of Avocado Boulevard. The property is currently developed with a single-family home. The property owner has requested annexation so that sewer service can be provided to the residence. State Law requires that notification of the pending annexation be published in a newspaper serving the area and that property owners and registered voters within 300 feet of the affected property be individually notified.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Review Board of the County of San Diego will conduct a public hearing on a Tentative Map as follows:
Date: January 23, 2003

APPLICANT: Ruth Friery
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is an application to subdivide 66.2 acres into 13 residential lots ranging in size from 2.4 acres to 16 acres. The site is in the Estate Development Area (EDA) Regional Category and the (17) Estate Residential Land Use Designation in the Ramona Community Plan area. Zoning on the western portion of the site is A70, Limited Agriculture Use Regulations with a 2-acre minimum lot size. Zoning on the eastern portion of the site is A70 with a 4-acre minimum lot size.
LOCATION: The site is located south of San Vicente Rd and at the eastern terminus of Tombill Road in the Ramona Community Plan area.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: A Negative Declaration has been prepared for this project and is on file at the Department of Planning and Land Use.
