A Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued for the purpose of obtaining an independent adjudication agency to perform the administrative parking citation hearings for the City of San Diego and other specified entities. The City desires to enter into a five-year contract for these services with a single independent adjudication agency.

All such appeals must be filed by 5:00 PM within ten (10) business days from the date of the Planning Commission's certification/adoption of the environmental document. The decision made by the Planning Commission is the final decision by the City.
Appeals to the Coastal Commission must be filed with the Coastal Commission at 7575 Metropolitan Drive, Suite 103, San Diego, CA 92108. (Phone: 619 767-2370) Appeals must be filed within 10 working days of the Coastal Commission receiving a Notice of Final Action from the City of San Diego, Development Services Department.
The final decision by the City of San Diego is not appealable to the California Coastal Commission.
