NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE intention to amend the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the San Diego Unified School District levying fees on development projects pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 to increase the fees levied per square foot (a description of the purpose and other particulars of the resolution are on file and may be examined in the office of this Board), and has set 3:00 o'clock p.m., January 28, 2003, at the Education Center Auditorium, 4100 Normal Street, San Diego, California, for a public hearing upon the matter of adopting such amendment, at which time interested persons may appear and protest.
