NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of San Diego will receive bids for work at the Public Works Department, Public Works Contracting Group, 1010 Second Avenue, Suite 1400, San Diego, California, where bids are to be submitted prior to time specified. Plans and specifications can be obtained from The City of San Diego's website: http://www.sandiego.gov/bids-contracts. A pre-bid meeting and/or pre-bid visit to the work site will be held, if indicated, at the time and place specified in the contract documents. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend these sessions.

PLEASE ACCEPT THIS AS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU, as a property owner, tenant or interested citizen, that the Council of The City of San Diego, California will conduct a public hearing, as part of a scheduled City Council meeting, on the following project:

Matter of approving, conditionally approving, or denying a Tentative Map with a Public Right-of-Way Vacation to vacate a -foot segment of the 70-foot wide Locust Street adjacent to properties located at 3045 and 3115 Tennyson Street and at 3044 Sterne Street. A 10-foot distance would be retained for a general utility easement. No development is proposed by this action. The vacated area could be utilized for future expansions or redevelopment of the affected properties. The area to be vacated extends the full length of the block north of Sterne Street and south the block south of Tennyson Street. The vacated area measures approximately 1,700 square feet in area as shown on Tentative Map No. 675359. The site is zoned RS-1-7. The Tentative Map would create two new lots resulting in a total of six lots and the Public Right-of-Way would be vacated on Tentative Map No. 675359.

COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT and SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT for the unpermitted surfacing of an existing deck and a new wet well and water pump on environmentally sensitive lands associated with an existing 24 room hotel on a 0.56 acre site at 1370 Sunset Cliffs Boulevard in the RM-5-12 Zone within the Coastal Overlay (appealable), Coastal Height Limit, Parking Impact, Residential Tandem Parking, FAA Part 77, First Public Roadway overlay zones within Ocean Beach Community Plan area of Council District 2 of the City of San Diego. The site is not included on any Government Code listing of hazardous waste sites.
