DESCRIPTION: Review and make a recommendation regarding the submittal of the 2013-2014 CLG Annual Report to the Office of Historic Preservation.
GENERAL INFORMATION: This public hearing is accessible to individuals with disabilities. If interpreter services for the hearing impaired are needed, please call the hearing staff liaison at (858) 694-3003 or California Relay Service, if notifying by TDD, no later than seven days prior to the date of the hearing.
NOTE: The Historic Site Board function is to act as an advisory body to the Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, and the Director of Planning & Development Services. Decisions made by the Historic Site Board are in the form of a recommendation and are not the final decision. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

The County of San Diego, Owner, invites bids for JAMACHA BOULEVARD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS IN SPRING VALLEY; ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1018657; A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECT - A FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BID No. 6765.

Sealed bids will be received at the Department of Purchasing and Contracting, at 5560 Overland Avenue, Ste. 270, San Diego, 92123, until 2:00 PM on February 5, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contract documents including Plans, Specifications and Bid Forms are available for download on the County Buynet site: http://buynet.sdcounty.ca.gov.You must be registered at the site in order to download documents. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor's license, Classification A, General Engineering Contractor or Classification C-8, Concrete Contractor or Classification C-12, Earthwork and Paving Contractor. The cost of construction is estimated to be from $165,000 to $175,000. Bid security of no less than 10% required at time of bid. Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Owner, as a matter of policy, encourages Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation for this project.
