The Trustees of The California State University, through this Notice to Contractors, intend to contract with a highly qualified Contractor with expertise in the replacing / refurbishing portions of the campus underground high-pressure steam distribution system. Work includes new concrete steam manholes, utilidors, and asbestos abatement requiring documentation, coordination of removal.

Estimated construction budget is: $3,000,000.00 Base Bid, $4,000,000.00 Alternates
