The Otay Water District, hereinafter referred to as "District", hereby gives notice that sealed bids for the purchase of remittance processing equipment will be accepted and publicly opened at the District's Purchasing Office, 2554 Sweetwater Springs Blvd., Spring Valley, CA 91977 at 1:30 P.M., Thursday, February 19, 1998.
Prospective bidders are required to obtain a bid package from the District's Purchasing Office. For information, please call (619) 670-2226.
All bids must be complete and sealed in an envelope clearly identified on the outside with the following:

Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the North County Transit District (NCTD), 810 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA, 92054 until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 1998, for:

PURCHASE & DELIVERY
OF ONE (1)
MID-SIZE, RIDE-ON
SWEEPER/SCRUBBER
The proposals will be evaluated and a report will be made to the North San Diego County Transit Development Board at the first regularly scheduled meeting following the final evaluation of the proposals. The award of a contract will be made by the Board on the basis of the evaluation criteria of the RFP documents.
Inasmuch as the items and services herein described are to be purchases with the assistance of a grant from the federal government, the Contractor will be required to comply with all terms and conditions prescribed for third party contracts in a grant contract between the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) and the purchaser.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any errors or discrepancies and to take all proposals under advisement for a period of sixty (60) days.
