The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) is soliciting proposals from insurance brokers/consultants qualified to provide administration, brokerage and consulting services for the Commission's Employee Group Benefits Program and Pension Plan. The Housing Commission intends to award a fixed price, fixed term contract for these services to the most qualified firm(s). Summary of Work is contained in the Specifications/Scope of Services section of this Request for Proposal.
Interested and qualified firms including minority, woman and disabled veteran owned businesses who have successfully demonstrated their ability to perform comparable work are invited to submit qualifications.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION: Proposed extension of expiration date of the approved Tentative Map from December 23, 1997 to December 23, 2002 and a Resolution Amendment to allow access to Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 to be taken from an extension of Toyon Ridge Trail, therefore, eliminating the proposed access from Pistacia Place.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: An addendum to the Environmental Impact Report has been prepared for this project and is on file at the Department of Planning and Land Use.
