NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego to sell on behalf of said County, at a public hearing on January 30, 2008, an Open Space Easement encumbering a 15.08-acre parcel owned by the Parking Authority of the City of National City located on the west side of Plaza Bonita Road in the City of National City, County of San Diego, California, and briefly described as follows:
County Parcel No. 2004-0083-A, A 15.08-Acre Open Space Easement presently encumbering a property owned by the Parking Authority of the City of National City, Assessor Parcel 564-471-11, located on the West side of Plaza Bonita Road, South of Sweetwater Road, National City, Ca. 91950.
Full legal description and a plat of the property are on file and available for inspection at the Real Estate Services Division of the Department of General Services, Suite 2110, 5555 Overland Avenue, San Diego, California, 92123.

REVIEW OF A RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN (RMP)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 25535.2 of article 2 in Chapter 6.95 of the California Health & Safety Code, DEH, Hazardous Materials Division (HMD), has determined that the RMP from the Larkspur Energy Facility, 9355 Otay Mesa Road, San Diego, CA 921543 for aqueous ammonia is complete and will be available for review and comment by interested parties and public groups for 45 days after the publishing of this notice. For an appointment to review the RMP please call (619) 338-2372 at the HMD office, 1255 Imperial Ave. 3rd Floor, San Diego, California between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. All written comments shall be addressed to the Risk Management Plan Coordinator, County of San Diego, Hazardous Materials Division, P.O. Box 129261, San Diego, CA 92112-9261 no later than 45 days of the publication of this notice.
