Freeway Service Patrol
The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified towing service operators to provide a "roving" tow service to remove stranded or disabled vehicles on designated San Diego urban freeways (various construction projects) as part of the San Diego Region's Freeway Service Patrol Program. The selected operator(s) will contract with SANDAG while reporting to Caltrans and CHP for operation management purposes.
