NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY DECISION BY THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT OF RENEWAL OF A FEDERAL TITLE V OPERATING PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Regulation XIV - Title V Operating Permits, of the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District's Rules and Regulations, the Air Pollution Control Officer has made a preliminary decision to take action on Application No. 984635 to renew a federal Title V Operating Permit. The renewal Title V Operating Permit will be issued to the County of San Diego for a landfill located at 1595 Questhaven Road, San Marcos, CA (Permit to Operate No. 961005).
The proposed Title V Operating Permit incorporates conditions necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and District requirements. The facility is currently operating in compliance with all applicable requirements.
The District is seeking comments on this proposed Title V Operating Permit. Written comments concerning the District's proposed action may be submitted for a period of 30 days commencing on January 8, 2009, and ending on February 6, 2009.
