The San Diego Housing Commission is seeking proposals from affordable housing providers to accept title to property at 3992 Ocean View Blvd./422-424 So. 40th St. for the purpose of rehabilitation or new construction of rental or for-sale affordable housing. Experienced organizations who have successfully demonstrated their ability to develop comparable projects are invited to submit their proposals. San Diego based firms are encouraged to respond.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grossmont Union High School District of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT will receive up to, but not later than 2:00 pm, February 4, 2009, sealed proposals for:

FINANCIAL, HUMAN RESOURCES, AND WORK ORDER SYSTEMS
GU-09.01R.ERP

Proposals shall be received by the Grossmont Union High School District, Purchasing Department, at 1100 Murray Drive, El Cajon, CA 92020.

Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, shall be disqualified.
The evaluation criteria specified in the Request for Proposal will be used to determine which of the proposals provide the best quality for Grossmont Union High School District at the most economical cost. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive all technicalities, and to accept the proposal(s) that is determined to be the most favorable to the District. Recognizing that there are important considerations other than price, the District may not necessarily award to the lowest proposer.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on January 20, 2009, at the District Administration Center, 1100 Murray Drive, El Cajon, CA 92020 to review the proposal process and submission of proposals. Technical questions will not be addressed.
Proposals must be effective for sixty (60) days following deadline for the receipt of proposals.
