NOTICE INVITING RESPONSES TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The SAN DIEGO UNIFIED PORT
DISTRICT
is seeking a Request for
Proposal (RFP) for:
TREE PRUNING AT VARIOUS DISTRICT

The project includes continued maintenance pruning of approximately 4,700 broadleaf, conifer, palm, and Coral trees, including inspection of trees before and after pruning and cleaning up and disposing of tree pruning, tree removal, and palm tree skinning. The term of the Agreement, if granted, is for one year with two additional one-year options at the District?s discretion. The District intends to have the Agreement in effect on or about February 19, 2004,
Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. on November 12, 2003, at the Purchasing Department of the San Diego Unified Port District, 3165 Pacific Highway, San Diego CA (Mailing address: San Diego Unified Port District, Purchasing Department, P. O. Box 120488, San Diego, CA 92112-0488).
To obtain a copy of the RFP, FAX your request to the Print Shop at (619) 686-6565, or a copy may be picked up from the District?s Print Shop, 3165 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 ? 4:00 p.m., Mon. thru Fri. (excluding holidays).
