VENDOR AND BID MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The San Diego Unified Port District seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide VENDOR AND BID MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
The District seeks to engage a Service Provider to perform vendor and bid management services. The Service Provider shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and all related incidentals to perform vendor and bid management services as set forth in this Scope of Services. The web-based Bid Management System will be used to manage the formal and informal bid process for all of the District's departments. The departments most impacted by this system will be the General Services & Procurement and Engineering/ Construction. General Services & Procurement has the responsibility of acquiring goods and services to support the various other departments in the District. The District's estimate for this project shall be compensated on a negotiated basis as established in the Fee Schedule. An Information Exchange Meeting will be held on October 18, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at the Port of San Diego's General Service Building in the General Services Procurement Training Room, located at 1400 Tidelands Avenue, National City, CA 91950. Proposals must be received no later than November 5, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
