San Diego Beer Company: The project includes a Conditional Use Permit application by San Diego Beer Company, Inc. to allow the off-site sale of alcoholic beverages with a Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control - Type 75 license (On Sale General - Brewpub - Restaurant) for a proposed restaurant/microbrewery to be located at 602 Broadway (first floor of the Colonel Fletcher Building) in the East Village Redevelopment District of the Downtown Community Plan Area.
