The Grossmont Union High School District will receive bids for purchase of DAIRY PRODUCTS FOR ALL DISTRICT CAFETERIAS, Bid No. GU-09.01.DAIRY.
Bids shall be received in the Purchasing Department of said District, located at 1100 Murray Drive, El Cajon, Ca. 92020-5664 (mailing address: P.O. Box 1043, La Mesa, Ca. 91944-1043). Shall be filed in said Purchasing Department on or before 2:00 p.m. on November 25, 2008,
and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and place.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting specifications. The Grossmont Union High School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
In the event of identical bids, the Governing Board may determine by lot which bid shall be accepted per Public Contract Code 20117.

THE CALIFORNIA CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY (CCA) will receive sealed bids for Del Mar Fairgrounds - Sewer Force Main Replacement - C0722X.409.
Proposals shall specify a total price that covers all materials, labor, and sales tax to complete all work shown or described in the plans and specifications. Project will include providing new HDPE sewer force main from existing Pump Station 1 south to city of Del Mar sewer system. The force main will cross under the San Dieguito River channel by proposed horizontal directional drilling.
Estimated project cost is $500,000.00
Bids will be accepted only from contractors with a contractors license classification of A, B or C36
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 18, 2008 - 11:00 a.m.
at the Del Mar Fairgrounds - Board Room -2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd. - Del Mar, CA 92014.
Contractors selected shall pay prevailing wages for the specified trades employed on this project.
