REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (NO. 40092) - COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING SERVICES FOR A MASTER PLAN OF THE SAN LUIS REY RIVER PARK, SAN DIEGO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
The County of San Diego is issuing a Request for Statement of Qualifications to all firms interested in providing comprehensive planning services for a Master Plan of the San Luis Rey River Park.
The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking firms or teams of consultants with expertise in land planning and urban design/landscape architecture, water quality, groundwater, planning and facilitating community workshops, environmental planning, and historical research/interpretation. A detailed scope of services, submittal requirements and evaluation criteria are identified in the Request for Statement of Qualifications. The project is to be completed within 12 months.
The Request for Statement of Qualifications package including the Statement of Qualifications Questionnaire is due no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2003. The Request for Statement of Qualifications and the Statement of Qualifications Questionnaire are available at the County Internet "Buynet" site at www.sdcounty.ca.gov under Quicklinks. The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for CONSTRUCTION OF GALLOWAY WASTEWATER PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS; ACTIVITY NO. K469LA AND GALLOWAY SEWER FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT; ACTIVITY NO. K317LA (RFB 40081)
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, Building 11, County Operations Center, 5555 Overland Avenue, San Diego, California, 92123, until 2:00 p.m. on DECEMBER 18, 2003, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
