Proposals shall specify a total price that covers all materials, labor, and sales tax to complete all work shown or described in the plans and specifications. Project will include providing new HDPE sewer force main from existing Pump Station 1 south to city of Del Mar sewer system. The force main will cross under the San Dieguito River channel by proposed horizontal directional drilling.
Estimated project cost is $500,000.00
Bids will be accepted only from contractors with a contractors license classification of A, B or C36
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 18, 2008 - 11:00 a.m.

Contractors selected shall pay prevailing wages for the specified trades employed on this project.

Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the appropriate classification(s) of contractor's license(s), for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the Contract.
