NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of San Diego will receive bids for work at the Purchasing and Contracting Department, Contracts Division, 1200 Third Avenue, Suite 200, San Diego, California, where bids are to be submitted prior to time specified.  Plans and specifications can be obtained from The City of San Diego’s website: http://www.sandiego.gov/bids-contracts. A pre-bid meeting and/or pre-bid visit to the work site will be held, if indicated, at the time and place specified in the contract documents.  Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend these sessions.

As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, please be advised that the Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing to approve, conditionally approve, or deny an application for a Conditional Use Permit (Process 3) for a Wireless communication facility consisting of a replacement light standard supporting one cylindrical antenna and one GPS antenna. Associated equipment will be installed inside above ground cabinets. The facility is located in the City of San Diego public Right-of-Way at the intersection between Avenida Venusto and Caminito Ryone, in the RS-1-14 Zone of the Rancho Bernardo Community Planning Area, and Council District 5.
The decision of the Hearing Officer is final unless appealed to the Planning Commission. In order to appeal the decision you must be present at the public hearing and file a speaker slip concerning the application or have expressed interest by writing to the Hearing Officer before the close of the public hearing. The appeal application may be obtained at the Development Services Department, Project Management Section, Reception Desk; located at 1222 First Avenue, 3rd Floor, San Diego, CA. The appeal must be made within 10 working days of the Hearing Officer's decision.
The decision made by the Planning Commission is the final decision by the City.
The certification of a Negative Declaration may be appealed to the City Council after all other appeal rights have been exhausted. All such appeals must be filed by 5:00 PM within ten (10) business days from the date of the Planning Commission's certification/adoption of the environmental document. The proper forms are available from the City Clerk's Office, located on the second floor of the City Administration Building, 202 C Street, San Diego, CA 92101.
