The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is seeking sealed technical qualifications and written bids from qualified firms to provide freeway service patrol towing and motorist assistance services for SANDAG's Regional Freeway Service Patrol program. The purpose of SANDAG's Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) Program is to help alleviate traffic congestion associated with non recurring freeway incidents. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for the rapid removal of disabled vehicles, assisting with traffic accidents, providing motorist assistance and removing debris from the roadway.

Each bid shall be submitted on the bid form provided in the bid documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company, or certified check, or cashier's check in favor of the San Pasqual Union School District, or cash, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid.
