NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 6, 2005, a public hearing will be held for purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Code") with respect to the proposed issuance by the Redevelopment Agency of the County of San Diego (the "Agency") of revenue refunding bonds in an amount not to exceed $17,500,000 (the "Bonds"). The proceeds of the Bonds will be used (i) for the purposes of refinancing, through the refunding of the Agency's Series 1995A Bonds, the costs of the acquisition, construction, improvement, renovation, furnishing and equipping of certain facilities located in the Gillespie Field Redevelopment Project Area located at Gillespie Field Airport in the County of San Diego (the "County") and (ii) for the repayment of certain outstanding loans from the County to the Agency, which repayment proceeds will be used for the purposes of financing the costs of the acquisition, construction, improvement, renovation, furnishing and equipping of certain facilities which will be part of the CountyÕs Airport System, specifically including Gillespie Field Airport, Ramona Airport, McClellan-Palomar Airport and Fallbrook Community Airpark and related appurtenances thereto (collectively, the "Project"). The Project will be owned and operated by the County, a political subdivision of the State of California. The following describes the nature and location of the facilities to be financed:

Public terminal / inter-model facility in the amount of $3,300,000; infrastructure improvements for an aviation facility in the amount of $2,000,000;
Ramona Airport 2926 Montecito Road

Sewer improvements and an air traffic control tower in the amount of $2,650,000;
McClellan-Palomar Airport 2198 Palomar Airport Road
Carlsbad, CA 92008
Terminal building and federal inspection facility in the amount of $6,000,000; two parking lots, including various automated infrastructure systems in the amount $3,200,000; and
Fallbrook Community Airpark 2155 S. Mission Road
Fallbrook, CA 92028
Modular terminal building and transient aircraft parking ramp in an amount of $1,300,000.
The hearing will commence at 9:00 a.m., local time, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard and will be held at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Room 310, 1600 Pacific Highway, San Diego, California. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of the Bonds or on the nature and location of the Project proposed to be financed may attend the public hearing or, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments.
