Palomar College Seeks Community Member for the College Presidential Search Committee

Palomar College is seeking a member from the community to serve on the College's Presidential Search Committee. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, reside within the Palomar Community College District, and not be a student or employee of the District. Candidates must be able to serve for the entire length of the search and be available to meet during the day, several times each month. Candidates must provide a letter of interest, and a bio or resume to be considered.

To all Creditors and Claimants of Summerbridge San Diego, Inc.
("Summerbridge"):

You are hereby notified that on November 10, 2014, Summerbridge commenced proceedings to voluntarily wind up and dissolve by a vote of its Trustees. Upon the dissolution and winding up of Summerbridge, its assets remaining after payment, or provision for payment, of all compensation, debts and liabilities of Summerbridge will be distributed to a nonprofit fund, foundation or corporation which is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes and which has established its tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, such organization(s) will be determined by Summerbridge's Board of Trustees.

This notice is intended for all persons and entities that may have engaged in transactions of any type with Summerbridge in recent years. Summerbridge believes there is no person or entity who has a claim. However, if you believe you have a claim against Summerbridge, you must promptly asset it. To assert a claim, you are required by law to send the following information to the address indicated below, no later than one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of publication of this notice:

1. The legal name, address and contact information of the entity or individual
asserting the claim;
2. The amount of the claim;
3. Identification or description of the agreement or other circumstances under
which the claim arose; and
4. Any other information you believe may be useful to verify the nature and amount
of the claim, including copies of relevant documents.

A claim against Summerbridge will be barred in its entirety if not received by Summerbridge within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of publication of this notice.
