Notice is hereby given to the creditors and contingent creditors of the above-named decedent that all persons having claims against the decedent are required to file your claim with the court and mail a copy to Joanne Hayo, Trustee of the Fred Palumbo Living Trust, dated June 13, 2011, of which the Decedent was the Trustor c/o MARTIN MULLEN, Attorney at Law, Rowe Mullen LLP, 3636 Nobel Drive, Suite 215, San Diego, CA 92122 within the later of 4 months after the date of first publication of notice to creditors or, if notice is mailed or personally delivered to you, 60 days after the date this notice is mailed or personally deliver to you, or you must petition to file a late claim as provided in Probate Code Section 19103. A claim form may be obtained from the court clerk, Probate Services. For your protection, you are encourage to file your claim by certified mail, with return receipt.
