NOTICE INVITING BIDS
of San Diego County, California, hereinafter referred to as SDCOE, will receive up to, but not later than 10:00 A.M. (PST) of December 14, 2012 ,
sealed quotes for the award of a contract for:
Bids shall be received in the office of the Bid Administrator, San Diego County Superintendent of Schools, 6401 Linda Vista Road, Building 6, Room 603, San Diego, CA 92111. Bids will be opened on this day. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Oral, telephone, facsimile, or electronic submission of bids will not be accepted. Copies of the RFQ documents can be obtained by contacting Daniel Distrola, Bid Administrator at email@example.com
Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation, Bid Securities, Contract Documents and all plans, specifications and any other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents, copies of which are now on file and may be obtained after November 16, 2012 at the address stated above. All Bidding Questions and Requests for Clarification will only be accepted in writing and faxed to ATTN: Daniel Distrola, Bid Administrator or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org AND to Stephen Clemons at email@example.com and must be received a minimum of five (5) days prior to bid opening.
Award of Bid: The qualifications listed in the RFQ are required to determine the best vendor to further carry on potential negotiations. SDCOE may ask for and require more information at a later date to best determine vendor to meet the needs of this RFQ. SDCOE intends to award a purchase contract for the WEBSITE REDEVELOPEMENT to the responsive Bidder MEETING ALL THE CRITERIA SPECIFIED IN THE RFQ. SDCOE reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process, and to judge the merit and qualifications of the bidder.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of bids.
