The County of San Diego Department of Planning and Land Use invite qualified individuals to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be placed on the County of San Diego CEQA Consultants List for Privately Initiated Projects for the following subject areas: Agricultural Resources, Air Quality, Fire Protection Planning, Groundwater, and Noise
. The County of San Diego intends to select multiple individuals for its CEQA Consultants List. In accordance with the County's CEQA Guidelines, all technical studies and environmental impact reports (EIRs) for privately initiated County projects must be prepared by a Consultant on the County CEQA Consultant List. Selection of Consultants for the subject areas covered by this request is anticipated to occur on or before January 26, 2007. SOQs must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2006

. On January 12, 2007 at 11:00 A.M., the bid responses will be publicly opened and read aloud.
