QUALIFICATIONS FOR
CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY COMMUNITY RATING SYSTEM (CRS)
APPLICATION

The County of San Diego Department of Public Works invites qualified Consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide Consulting Services for the Community Rating System (CRS) application to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). County projects fall under prevailing wage requirements. The County of San Diego intends to award one (1) contract for an amount not to exceed two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000). Consultant services shall be awarded by Qualification Based Selection. Contract award is projected for January 2007. Public Disclosure of Gifts and Campaign Contributions is required for contract award. SOQs must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2006, at the following address:

REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES AS-NEEDED FOR
PALOMAR AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

The County of San Diego Department of Public Works invites qualified Consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide Construction Management Services for the Palomar Airport Improvement projects in the County of San Diego. The Construction Management (CM) services shall include: full time on-site construction management and observation; contract administration; construction inspection; material testing management; and other related services. The Project will be a Public Works project and subject to prevailing wage requirements. The County of San Diego intends to award one (1) contract for an amount not to exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000). Consultant services shall be awarded by Qualification Based Selection. This project shall be managed and inspected in compliance with applicable standards for public works construction and with all of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations that are applicable to an AIP funded project. Selection of a consultant and any agreement or contract entered into will be in accordance with the provisions of FAA AC 150/5100-14C, “Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects.” The contract award is projected for March 2007. Public Disclosure of Gifts and Campaign Contributions is required for contract award. SOQs must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2006, at the following address:
