NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to California Commercial Code Section 9614, USA Federal Credit Union (AUSAFCU@ or ALienholder@) has for sale a 1994 Fleetwood mobilehome, registered with the Department of Housing and Community Development under registration numbers CAFLR08A16362ST and CAFLR08B16362ST. USAFCU will sell this manufactured home at a public sale. A sale could include a lease or license. The public is invited to attend the sale and bring bidders. The sale will be held on December 7, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. at 9999 Willow Creek Road, San Diego, CA 92131.
The units were manufactured in 1994. The units are 57' 4" x 11' 9" and 56' 0" x 11' 9" and are located on a space at 10767 Jamacha Blvd., Space 113, Spring Valley, California 91978. The Lienholder has been satisfying the terms of the space rental agreement and the units are being sold in place pursuant to applicable law and an agreement with the Landlord. To leave the units on the existing space after the sale, purchaser will have to satisfy Landlords requirements. The registered owner or a tenant may be in possession of the units at the time of the sale. If so, Landlord has agreed to oust the tenant but purchaser will be liable for Landlords legal expenses from and after the date of sale.
