Written comments regarding the adequacy of this draft Mitigated Negative Declaration must be received by the Land Development Review Division at the address below by November 24, 2003. As a property owner, tenant or person who has requested notice, you should know that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to approve, conditionally approve, or deny an application for a Tentative Map for Condominium Conversion to convert seven (7) residential units to condominiums on a 0.144 acre site. The property is located at 4411 Wilson Avenue in the RM-1-1 zone of the Normal Heights Community Planning Area.
The decision of the Planning Commission is final unless appealed to the City Council. In order to appeal the decision of the Planning Commission you must be present at the public hearing and file a speaker slip concerning the application or have expressed interest by writing to the Planning Commission before the close of the public hearing. The City of San Diego Engineering and Capital Projects Department is reviewing a request for a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) of the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) for the following location in the City of San Diego:
The section of Los Penasquitos Creek approximately 3,700 feet east of Interstate 5.
The request for this LOMR was submitted by Westbrook Torrey Hills, LP. It is based on the construction of the Vista Sorrento Parkway Bridge.
If the LOMR is approved by FEMA, a revised 100-year floodway/floodplain within the above limits will be established.
The LOMR study, with maps showing the proposes 100-year floodway/floodplain, may be reviewed in the Floodplain Management Section of the City of San Diego Engineering and Capital Projects Department, 1010 Second Ave., Suite 1200, San Diego, CA 92101.
