The San Diego County Office of Education and the San Marcos Unified School District ("Districts") are jointly developing a North County Regional Education Center. We are seeking an experienced firm to provide Environmental and CEQA services in assisting the Districts with generating various studies and obtaining approvals for the construction of the North County Regional Education Center. The proposal must be received no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 20, 2003. THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
REQUESTS PROPOSALS FOR: MAA/TCM REVENUE
The County of San Diego, Health and Human Services Agency, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors who can assist the HHSA program planners and financial team in building sustainable sources of revenues. Under the direction of the MAA/TCM Coordinator for the San Diego County Local Government Agency (LGA), efforts will be focused particularly in Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) reimbursements for both County programs and community based organizations. The contractor shall help establish; 1) countywide policies and procedures related to MAA/TCM program standards of operation; 2) ensure that TCM documentation requirements are adhered to; 3) develop strategies to mitigate negative audit outcomes and 4) generally reduce audit risk and build a diversified funding base for community programs.

Storm Drainage System BMPs
SAN DIEGO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA
The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional Engineering and Environmental Services to evaluate the storm drainage system and make recommendations for treatments to improve the quality of storm water discharges.
Services will include:
1. Determine the hydrology of drainage basins on and adjacent to the airport
2. Evaluate the capacity of the existing drainage system components in each drainage basin
3. Evaluate existing storm water conveyance system and current treatment facilities
4. Perform tidal surge study and provide recommendations for mitigating impacts of tidal waters on storm drain infrastructure and for migration of contaminated sediments.
5. Develop recommendations for Best Management Practice (BMP) treatments and practices to control or improve the quality of storm water discharges into San Diego Bay in accordance with regulatory requirements for the "Maximum Extent Possible" (MEP).
