2008-01 by Liquid Courage, LLC for El Dorado Bar, a non-bona fide eating establishment with alcohol in conjunction with live entertainment at 1030 Broadway, located on the north side of Broadway, between 10th and 11th avenues in the East Village District of the Downtown Community Plan Area.
