As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, you should know that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider an appeal on an application for a Coastal Development Permit, Site Development Permit (due to location within La Jolla Shores Planned District) and Neighborhood Development Permit (due to Environmentally Sensitive Lands) to construct a 6,426 square foot single family residence, on a 14,505 square foot vacant property. The project site is located at 7403 Hillside Drive (north corner of Via Siena and Hillside Drive), in the SF Zone of La Jolla Shores Planned District, Coastal Overlay Zone (non-appealable), Coastal Height Limitation Overlay Zone, and within the La Jolla Community Planning Area, Council District 1.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of San Diego will receive bids for work listed below. Plans and specifications can be obtained from the Engineering and Capital Projects Department, Administration Division, Executive Complex, 1010 Second Avenue, Suite 500, San Diego, California, where bids are to be submitted prior to time specified.
A pre-bid meeting and/or pre-bid visit to the work site will be held, if indicated, at the time and place specified in the contract documents. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend these sessions.
