In general, the work consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to perform selective demolition of the existing deck coating and install a built-up, reinforced cementious deck coating with an acrylic top coat on the deck patio of the Geology Mathematics and Computer Science (GMCS) building at San Diego State University.
BID DATE: Wednesday, January 7, 2004, AT 3:00 P.M.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $30,000.00
A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough has been scheduled for Thursday, December 18, 2003, at 12:00 pm, , at the SDSU Procurement Services Office, Admn Bldg Rm 116, 5500 Campanile Dr., San Diego, CA (Campus map http://www.sdsu.edu/map/)
The construction period will be 30 calendar days.

The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) is soliciting proposals from agencies to provide Eligibility Screening Services, including Credit Checks, Criminal History Checks and Sex Offender Registration checks for our Rental Assistance Program Applicants.
The Housing Commission intends to award a fixed term contract for these services to the most qualified respondent. Summary of Work is contained in the Specifications/Scope of Services section of the Request for Proposals.
Interested and qualified firms who have successfully demonstrated their ability to preform comparable work are invited to submit qualifications.

FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE OCEAN VIEW HILLS
MIDDLE/INTERIM K-8 SCHOOL

The San Ysidro School District of San Ysidro, California, invites and will receive Letters of Interest and Statement of Qualifications from firms interested in receiving the full Request for Proposal to provide IOR (and other) services. The Statement of Qualifications should state the level of classification held, other specialty inspection services that can be provided, and other services available from the firm. In addition, list K-12 project experience wherein IOR services were provided, insurance coverage, and hourly fee rate schedule. The Request for Proposal will include a project description and timeline from which your "Not To Exceed" proposal will be developed and submitted.
The deadline for submittal of your Letter of Interest and Statement of Qualifications is Tuesday, December 23, 2003, 3:00PM, at the offices of the Department of Business Services, 4350 Otay Mesa Road, San Ysidro, California, 92173-9355.
