NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that San Diego County Superintendent of Schools of San Diego County, California, hereinafter referred to as SDCOE, will receive up to, but not later than 10:00 A.M. (PST) of January 6, 2015, sealed bids for the award of a contract(s) for:

Bids shall be received in the office of Internal Business Services, San Diego County Office of Education, 6401 Linda Vista Road, Building 5, Room 501, San Diego, CA 92111. Bids will be opened on this day and hour with a recap of submitted pricing being available at a later date. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Parking is limited so plan accordingly. Oral, telephone, facsimile, or electronic submission of bids will not be accepted. Copies of the bid can be obtained by contacting Michele Nye at bids@sdcoe.net.

Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation, Bid Documents and specifications and any other documents comprising the pertinent Bid Documents, copies of which are now on file and may be obtained after December 9, 2014.

All Bidding Questions and Requests for Clarification will be accepted via email at bids@sdcoe.net and must be received by December 19, 2014 at 3:00 p.m.


Award of Bid: The quantities listed in Exhibit B, Delivery Locations are based on the estimated quantities SDCOE will purchase during the next fiscal year. SDCOE may purchase all, more, none, or some of the items listed on the bid form, based on the issuance of a SDCOE Purchase Order. SDCOE reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process, and to judge the merit and qualifications of the bidder and of the paper products offered.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of bids.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for GUAJOME REGIONAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS; ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1002735; BID No. 6727

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, Front Desk (where it will be time stamped to indicate time of receipt) 5560 Overland Avenue, Suite 270, San Diego, CA, 92123-1294, until 2:00 p.m. on January 20, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contract Documents including Plans, Specifications and Bid Forms are available to be downloaded free of charge, from the Department of Purchasing and Contracting Buynet website at: https://buynet.sdcounty.ca.gov. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor's license, Classification A - General Engineering Contractor.
