Notice is hereby given that on or after the 19th day of December, 2005, the undersigned, as Administrator of the Estate of the above-named Decedent, will sell at private sale to the highest bidder subject to confirmation by the above-entitled Court, a ONE HUNDRED PERCENT INTEREST and all the right, title and interest in the above-referred Estate in and to that certain real property located in the county of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:

Written bids or offers are invited for the property and must be in writing and may be delivered to the undersigned at the offices of Luann C. Beberman, Attorney at Law, 7676 Hazard Center Drive, Suite 850, San Diego, California 92108, or may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the above-entitled Superior Court at any time after first publication of this notice and before the making of the sale.
The terms and conditions of sale are: cash, or such terms as may be acceptable to the Seller and the Superior Court, with Ten Percent of the amount bid to accompany the offer, or such amount as may be acceptable to the Seller and the Superior Court, and the balance of the amount bid to be paid upon confirmation of sale by the Superior Court.
The property will be sold as is, subject to all liens, easements, conditions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way existing of record.
