NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District will receive proposals on:
RFP C5306 - INDEPENDENT AUDIT SERVICES FOR ANNUAL
Detailed information may be obtained from the Purchasing and Contracts Department, at the District Office, 8800 Grossmont College Drive, El Cajon, CA, 92020-1799.
Each bid shall be submitted on a form obtained from the above-mentioned district office and shall be sealed and filed in the Purchasing and Contracts Department, before 5:00 PM, on January 30, 2004. Late proposals will be returned unopened.
Bid return envelope must be addressed to the Purchasing and Contracts Department, Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District, 8800 Grossmont College Drive, El Cajon, CA 92020-1799, and be clearly and prominently marked with the bid number and due date and time.
The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the advertised due date.

2. Wireless System for Emergency Communication Bid No. 12-03-02
