NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Grossmont Union High School District, (hereinafter the "District") of San Diego County, CA, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive no later than 2:00 p.m. on the 12th day of January, 2007, responses to Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “RFQ”) for the following:
DSA INSPECTION SERVICES FOR PROPOSITION H BOND PROJECTS
AND “AS NEEDED” ON OTHER DISTRICT PROJECTS
All interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFQ by contacting the Grossmont Union High School District, Purchasing Department, 1100 Murray Drive, El Cajon, CA 92020-5664, 619-644-8051 or online at: http://www.guhsd.net/depts/purchasing/
Responses shall be received in the Grossmont Union High School District, Purchasing Department, 1100 Murray Drive, El Cajon, CA 92020-5664, on the date and at the time stated above.
All responses to this RFQ shall conform and be responsive to the RFQ documents. Each firm shall have all current licenses and/or certifications as required by the Department of State Architect (DSA) State of California to perform inspection as the District's representative on this project and other projects as required.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all applicants, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the RFQ and RFQ process. District is an equal opportunity employer.

Otay Water District

ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES

The Otay Water District (OWD) will require the services of a civil engineering consulting firm (Consultant) to provide professional services in support of the District's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for a period of two years on an as-needed basis.

Interested candidates are required to send a Letter of Interest (LOI) and a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to Hossein Juybari, Otay Water District, 2554 Sweetwater Springs Boulevard, Spring Valley, California 91978-2004. If a firm has submitted a SOQ to the District within the calendar year and the qualifications remain current and accurate, then only a Letter of Interest is required.

Deadline to submit the Letter of Interest and SOQ will be at 5:00 p.m. on January 3, 2006. Technical questions regarding the consulting services should be referred to the Otay Water District Project Manager Hossein Juybari at (619) 670-2209.

NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS (BIDS)
FOR
FABRICATION AND DELIVERY OF PUMPS, MOTORS AND VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES FOR THE JULIAN PUMP STATION PROJECT
PROJECT NO. 51165

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of said District invites and will receive sealed proposals (bids) up to the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of January 2007, for the furnishing transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, utilities, and other items necessary to provide pumps, motors, variable frequency drives and other related appurtenances for the subject project. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the District.
The work to be contracted is described as follows:
Fabrication, design and delivery of pumps, motors and variable frequency drives to be installed by a General Contractor in conjunction with the 6 MGD Julian Pump Station. (Vendor is encouraged to review the project drawings, which are available at the District Office.)
Bids shall conform to and be responsive to the Contract Documents for the work. Copies of the Contract Documents will be open to public inspection during business hours in the office of the District. Mailed bids should be addressed as follows:

Contract Documents consisting of specifications and drawings can be obtained in person at the office of the Engineer or by written application to the District Engineer and by paying a non-refundable fee of $40.00 per set, which includes the cost of first class postage. Make checks payable to the Ramona Municipal Water District. Plans and specifications will be available for distribution by December 22, 2006.
Each bid shall be submitted on the bid form furnished as part of the Contract Documents.
