NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this action was commenced on December 15, 2003, by Plaintiff People of the State of California against the above-named defendants.
Plaintiff seeks relief in this action affecting title and the right to possession to the real property commonly known as 12366 Winter Gardens Drive, Lakeside, California 92040, Assessor's Parcel No. 400-310-49-00, owned by David J. WADE, an Unmarried Man, and legally described as:
THAT PORTION OF THE UNNUMBERED LOT LYING SOUTHERLY OF LOTS 142 AND 143 AND WESTERLY OF LOTS 129, 132, 133, 136, 137, 141 OF EL CAJON VALLEY COMPANY'S LANDS, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF NO. 289, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY, DECEMBER 30, 1886, AND AS MORE COMPLETELY DESCRIBED IN SCHEDULE "A".

The object of this action is to prevent dissipation or secreting of assets or property of the above-named defendants. This real property may be levied upon by the Superior Court to pay defendants' restitution and fines imposed pursuant to Penal Code section 186.11.
Any person claiming an interest in the protected property may, at any time within 30 days from the date of the first publication of the notice of the petition, or within 30 days after receipt of actual notice, file with the Superior Court of the county in which the action is pending a verified claim stating the nature and amount of his or her interest in the property.
