PROJECT: REPLACE DECK COATING PATIO GMCS BLDG.
In general, the work consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to perform selective demolition of the existing deck coating and install a built-up, reinforced cementious deck coating with an acrylic top coat on the deck patio of the Geology Mathematics and Computer Science (GMCS) building at San Diego State University.
BID DATE: Wednesday, January 7, 2004, AT 3:00 P.M.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $30,000.00
A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough has been scheduled for Thursday, December 18, 2003, at 12:00 pm, , at the SDSU Procurement Services Office, Admn Bldg Rm 116, 5500 Campanile Dr., San Diego, CA (Campus map http://www.sdsu.edu/map/)
The construction period will be 30 calendar days.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Kleinfelder is seeking qualified disadvantaged firms certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by CALTRANS or by a participating State of California or local agency, to request consideration to be included on the Kleinfelder team, which is proposing professional and technical hazardous waste services for proposed transportation facilities for CALTRANS.
We wish to identify firms interested in providing us with drilling, geophysics, hazardous waste transportation, historian, stationary lab, mobile lab, soil gas survey, surveyor, traffic control, and utility location services.

Participation in Public Works projects at San Diego State University requires annual pre-qualification of professional consultants including Consulting Architects, Engineers, Specialty Designers, Construction Managers, Inspectors and Construction Specialists. This excludes Project Architects & Engineers, which are pre-qualified with the California State University, Chancellor?s Office, CPDC.

INVITATION TO BID
Pardee Homes is inviting contractors to bid on construction of street improvements at Carmel Valley Road and connecting streets in Pacific Highlands Ranch, in the city of San Diego.
