NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The San Diego Unified School District will receive sealed bids on Miscellaneous Supplies, Equipment and/or Services as may be required for:
RECYCLING: COMPUTERS, COMPUTER MONITORS AND TELEVISIONS
RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF QUALIFIED SPECIAL EDUCATION PERSONNEL AND SPECIAL EDUCATION SUPPORT STAFF
Each bid shall be submitted on a bid form obtained from the Procurement and Distribution Department, located at 2351 Cardinal Lane, San Diego, CA 92123; shall be sealed and deposited in said Procurement and Distribution Department office on or before 2:00 p.m. on
DECEMBER 15, 2005
And will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and place.
The San Diego Unified School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids, or in the bidding.
No bidder may withdraw his or her bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids.
