The mobilehome located within HACIENDA MOBILE ESTATES at 502 Anita Street, Space 83, Chula Vista, California 91911, and more particularly described as a 2007 Skyline, Manufacturer ID Numbers PFS1011583 & PFS 1011582 is subject to a warehouseman's lien pursuant to California Commercial Code §7210(2).
This lien is based on the storage agreement between HACIENDA MOBILE ESTATES and CALIFORNIA SUNCOAST HOMES, who is the owner of the above-referenced mobilehome.
The total amount of the lien through November 19, 2008 is $3,695.25. Said amount increases on a daily basis at the rate of $20.12 per day, plus actual utilities consumed. Demand is hereby made for payment in the above-referenced amount. If payment is not made within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this Notice, THE MOBILEHOME WILL BE SOLD BY AUCTION UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
On December 22, 2008 at 12:15 p.m. at HACIENDA MOBILE ESTATES located at 502 Anita Street, Space 83, Chula Vista, California 91911. Sale to the highest bidder.
