A draft Negative Declaration has been prepared by the City of San Diego Land Development Review Division for the project listed below. Written comments regarding the adequacy of this draft Negative Declaration must be sent to Elizabeth Shearer-Nguyen at the address below and must be received by December 27, 2003 A final environmental report incorporating public input will then be prepared for consideration by decision-making authorities.
Subject:Crow Residence. NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PERMIT to construct a new single- family residence on a previously graded lot. The proposal consists of an approximately 3,213- square-foot, two-story, single-family residence at 18673 Lancashire Way. A draft Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared by the City of San Diego Land Development Review Division for the project listed below. Written comments regarding the adequacy of this Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration must be received by the Land Development Review Division at the above address by December 29, 2003. SUBJECT:Sewer & Water Group Job 730 COUNCIL APPROVAL to allow for the replacement and abandonment of sewer and water main within public right of way, construction of pedestrian ramps, and street resurfacing. The project would replace existing cast iron, asbestos cement, and concrete water and sewer conduits with polyvinyl chloride pipe through open trenching construction methods.
