FY 2013 CDBG Entitlement Proposed Funding Recommendations
The City of San Diego is expecting a 21% reduction from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement which is estimated to be $10,703,022. In addition, to the CDBG Entitlement funds, the Redevelopment Agency's Repayment of $3,842,200 to the program will be used to fund eligible projects and programs approved for CDBG funding. This represents an estimated total of $14,545,222 of CDBG funding available for the FY 2013 allocation process.
Notice is hereby given that a Consolidated Plan Advisory Board meeting has been scheduled to discuss and make funding recommendations for FY 2013 CDBG applications. These recommendations are to be presented to the City Council on a future date. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 8:00am and will be continued on to Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 8:00 am in the North Terrace Rooms, 202 C Street, San Diego, CA 92101.
