Notice is hereby given that, subject to confirmation by this court, on February 29, 2008, or thereafter within the time allowed by law, ELIZABETH S. DEL POZO, as Conservator of the person and estate of NANCY LEE VAN CLEAVE, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder on the terms and conditions hereinafter mentioned, all right, title, and interest of the Conservatee in the real property located in the city of San Diego, San Diego County, California, commonly known as 2050 Pacific Beach Drive, Unit 307, San Diego, California 92109 APN: 424-262-07-23
The sale is subject to current taxes, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights of way, and easements of record, with any encumbrances of record to be satisfied from the purchase price. The property is to be sold on an “as is” basis except for title.
Bids or offers are invited for this property and must be in writing and will be received at the office Kimball, Tirey & St. John, attorney for the Conservator, at 1202 Kettner Blvd. 3rd Floor, San Diego, CA 92101 or delivered to CHARLES SCOTT of Kimball, Tirey & St. John personally, at any time after first publication of this notice and before any sale is made.
