NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Review Board of the County of San Diego will conduct a public hearing on a Tentative Parcel Map as follows:

PROJECT/CASE NUMBER(S):

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is an appeal filed by the applicant of the Director of Planning and Land Use decision approving TPM 20555. The project is a minor subdivision of .38 acres into 2 residential parcels of 8,410 square feet. The applicant is appealing Conditions B.6.a through B.6.e contained in the Final Notice of Approval dated January 7, 2003, which are related to flooding and drainage.
LOCATION: The project site is located on El Dorado Parkway south of Los Coches Road within the Lakeside Community Planning Area.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS:
A Negative Declaration Log Number 01-14-043 has been prepared for this project and is on file at the Department of Planning and Land Use.
